Shipping Information

The merchandise will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days from the placement of the order and the accreditation (Paypal) or delivery (check/wire transfer) of the payment

No minimum order required!

Refunds:

Buyers have the right to a refund within ten business days from the delivery of the merchandise. This right allows customers to return goods to the supplier without any penalty and for any reason, and the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price.

Refund Exceptions:

The right to return the merchandise is applicable to physical persons who act for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made by retailers and enterprises are non refundable.

How to obtain a refund:

To be entitled to a refund the buyer must send a written communication by certified mail within the above mentioned delay of ten business days from the delivery of the merchandise to the following address: Lilas BP 38 - 74401 Chamonix Mont Blanc - France

The above communication can be sent, within the same time limit, also by fax or telegram only if it is confirmed by certified mail within the following 48 hours.
This communication must contain the code numbers of the products to be exchanged and the reimbursement method for the purchase price (check, wire transfer, Paypal, etc.) and the relevant bank coordinates.

Goods for which the buyer wishes a refund must be returned at customer’s expenses, in their original conditions, and to the same address to which the certified mail is sent.

Upon delivery of the merchandise and after verifying its integrity, we will refund the customer in the shortest amount of time for the returned products except for other possible shipping costs for which the customer is still responsible.
